As we get used to being in the New Year I was looking at the centenaries and bi-centenaries we shall be ‘celebrating’ and found one
I have written for as long as I can remember but I didn’t publish my first book until 2006. I chose to be an ‘independent’ author because I simply wanted to get my books ‘out there’ as I was confident readers would find them interesting, sometimes challenging, but always enjoyable.
I am often asked what ‘genre’ my books are and, of course, they have to be categorised by libraries and booksellers but I do find it difficult to find the right descriptions. Every one involves elements of different genres including family saga, history, relationships, romance, crime/detective mystery – though all are definitely fiction.
I am hopeful that you will find something to pique your interest and that after you’ve read and enjoyed the first you will come back for more.

This past week has seen a resurgence in my ‘authoring’ activities. First I completed Iniquities and managed to master Kindle Create to add it onto Amazon as
